Iggy Pop in tune with flower power

The "godfather of punk" has gone green fingered for the Chelsea flower show. Pop, 60, is lending his name to a garden.

Pop, a former heroin addict, is taking a keen interest in the plans for "Lust for Life", named after one of his major records.

He said, "the garden was full of optimism as young people should be....."

TCS head of media Richard Johnson said the garden would 'bring a bit of rock 'n' roll to Chelsea.
